Our goal is to make access a level playing field for customers and employees alike

As part of our 'Inclusive Tigo' program, in Paraguay we are partnering with the Saraki Foundation to improve our office and customer care centre environment to become more accessible for employees and customers. We want to be a genuine equal opportunities employer. To do this successfully we have to ensure our offices are accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. We also believe that all customers should be provided with the same level of access and service and our customer service centres need to reflect this.
