A lick of paint and the installation of new washrooms and kitchens make a big difference to the educational experience of children

In both El Salvador and Ghana, improving schools' infrastructure is the central focus of our community activities.

In Ghana, our focus on community engagement and local partnerships has enabled us to concentrate our resources in areas of greatest need. As part of an ongoing project in the Nima district, we are currently refurbishing schools by replacing roofs and building new classrooms and washrooms.

In El Salvador, this program forms a key part of our employee participation scheme. In recent years, over 300 volunteers have improved conditions for over 5,000 children.
